Steven Kaiser has been an owner and executive in the watch and jewelry industry for over 30 years. Steven began his career in 1982 with Baume & Mercier, USA. There he rose from manager of national accounts to Vice President of Sales and ultimately to President and CEO from 1993-1998.
In 1999 he assumed the position of executive shareholder of Benedom, Inc., a subsidiary of luxury brand mega-giant, the Louis Vuitton, Moet, Hennessy Group. Steven directed the successful introduction of the Christian Dior and Fred Joaillier brands to the US Market.
For the past 16 years Steven and his team have built Kaiser Time, Inc. into one of the largest consulting and executive recruiting firms in the watch and jewelry industry. Steven has built and maintained solid relationships with retailers and brands throughout the industry. These relationships help shape Kaiser Time’s consulting business and have been instrumental in bringing new products and services to the marketplace. Steven’s vision and innate business sense has made Kaiser Time successful in bringing various products and services to the watch and jewelry market including Assurant Solutions, GE Money, LGI Network, and Trusted.com.
Kaiser Time’s Consulting and Executive Recruiting businesses are an invaluable and powerful resource in the industry used by such top companies as GUCCI Watches & Jewelry, G Shock Watches, Honora Industries, Patek Philippe, Richemont North America, Tiffany & Co. as well as key industry retailers Hamilton Jewelers, Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry and Lux Bond & Green.
In addition to building Kaiser Time, Steven is also an active member in multiple industry organizations, and holds the following positions:
Diane James joined Kaiser Time in 2002 after graduating from college. Over the past thirteen years Diane has grown into the role of Vice President of Operations at Kaiser Time. She is responsible for all of the internal operations and has been instrumental in the implementation of strategic plans for all of Kaiser Time’s consulting clients. Diane has helped introduce Couture Time, a luxury watch tradeshow in the US. In addition to working with all of Kaiser Time’s consulting clients, Diane also manages the Executive Recruiting business working with all of the clients and continuing to build various relationships in the industry.
Lauren Osta joined Kaiser Time in April 2012 and has grown into the Account Executive role. Lauren assists with daily operations, consulting clients and recruiting. Lauren grew up in the luxury watch and jewelry retail business. She brings her strong background in fashion and public relations to her position now at Kaiser Time.
